There are many musicians who play big gigs on huge stages yet they struggle with the basics of Music Theory and the very foundation to what they get their daily bread from. This program is not for beginners on the instrument. It aims at musicians who have the skill and art of playing the keyboard already and desire to learn scoring, sight-reading etc to broading their repertoire of songs.
You will begin with the ABCs of lines and spaces, ledger lines etc but we shall immediately begin to play very familiar simple songs and rhymes.
You will then proceed to learn from song/lead sheets and perform with a virtual band. This way, your sense of timing and grove can be better appreciated. A band needs cohesion and team work and we want you to feel exactly that way as you learn - You may be in your bedroom or somewhere on the field, but this course will bring musicians along to give you the feel you have always wanted.

Studio Production is a wonderful course designed for those who want to become sound engineers but don't desire to work on the field. All they want is to be in the studio creating hit tracks.
This course will take you through safety precautions necessary for working in the studio, expose you to job opportunities available in the sound and music industrlies in your locality and give you a sound foundation in music and audio recording
You will not be a wizard in Cubase, Logic or Reasons but you will master the art of production and the principles behind all major Digital Work Stations(DAW).
The course also touches on ear training and the basics of studio setup, routing and inter connectivity
At the end of Level 1, you will be able to
1. Setup a basic computer based studio
2. Record and Save important projects
3. Use major DAWS like Logic, Cubase, Protools, Artiste One etc
Studio Production Level two is a continuation of the foundation laid in Level 1. We still delve deeper into the studio Arena, deepining the knowledge in programming and recording.
We lay more emphasis on virtual instruments and sampling, understanding how sample works in the environment of recording.
In level one we looked at microphones but this time we will understand the choices we make as we record with different microphones and hear the sonic differences they make to sour recording.
We shall also spend time with the instruments we record to appreciate their sonic stamps: How different does the conga sound from Lartin percussion?
With the foundation laid we shall launch for practical experience by working on projects in o studios. This will afford us the opportunity to study the different approaches other engineers use to record.
Many the end of this course students will en able to:
1. Use DAWs more easily.
2. Record and make their own samples.
3. Develop their own virtual instruments.
4. Mix their own projects

There are many minor and major sound feedbacks during church services or during various activities of churches that usually affect the free flow of programmes or speeches due to either challenges in Quality Sound tuning or microphone handling techniques. To help solve or reduce the occurrences of these challenges, the Music Solutions School has put together Sound Management Master Class for Sound Technicians.
The Sound Management Master Class for sound Technicians is with the aim of equipping students beef up their skills in the areas of Sound tuning, microphone handling and all related techniques that ensure quality sound engineering for church activities and other related events.
This course will be open for 2 weeks after which students will not be able to access the material.
We are glad you joined us.

This is a continuation course from LS 101.
After gaining knowledge about the fundamentals of sound, it is now time to solidify those gains with some principles and practices that make the technician go for gold anytime he is mixing.
We shall delve deeper into microphones, this time looking at the applications and comparing theit sonic differences. We shall spend time also lookinch at various instruments and how they are treated or used for various music genres.
There will be the opportunity to analyze mixes done by the grammy award winners using the clock and the time line.
Our ear training drills shall continue this time using real music. And we shall endeavor to identify frequencies as accurately as we can, trusting our ears for the job.
There is a lot to learn, enroll now.
